At Evans Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of arrival.
